How fast do I receive my key?
Instantly. Your license key is emailed the second your payment is confirmed, and it stays available forever in your account under “My Licenses”.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay and crypto, directly at checkout. Prefer PayPal? Open a quick ticket on our Discord and we’ll process your order there.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same PCI-DSS certified processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details never reach our servers and we never store them.
How do I know a product is safe to use right now?
Check our live Product Status page — every product shows its current detection status, updated by our team the moment anything changes.
Can I get banned using these tools?
The risk is never zero — that’s true for any enhancement tool. We only sell products from trusted developers and we publish their live status so you can decide with up-to-date information. All products are used at your own risk, and game bans are not covered by refunds (see our refund policy).
What happens if my key doesn’t work?
Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll verify it and issue a free replacement. If we can’t provide a working replacement, you’re eligible for a refund — details in our refund policy.
I paid but didn’t receive my key?
First check your spam folder and the “My Licenses” section of your account — the key is almost always there. Still nothing? Open a Discord ticket with your order number and we’ll sort it out right away.
Are updates included?
Yes — developer updates are included for as long as your license is active. When a product is being updated after a game patch, its status switches to “Updating” on the status page.
